JustAskMe is a direct-to-fan platform where creators can answer questions from their audience via text or video and get paid for it. It's a place for genuine connection without the noise of traditional social media.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes! JustAskMe is available on both iOS and Android. You can also access the full platform via any mobile or desktop web browser.

How do I delete my account?
We're sad to see you go. You can delete your account by navigating to Settings > Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I get verified?
Verification badges are granted to creators who link active social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, X) with a significant following or established presence. You can request verification in your Settings tab.

Do I have to answer every question?
No. You have full control. You can accept or decline any question. If you decline (or if 7 days pass without an answer), the fan is automatically refunded.

Can I change my price later?
Absolutely. You can update your price per question at any time in your dashboard. The new price will apply to all future incoming questions.

What kind of files can I upload?
When answering, you can record video directly in the app, upload pre-recorded video files (MP4, MOV), or reply with text. Audio-only replies are coming soon!

What if my question isn't answered?
Your payment is held in escrow until the creator answers. If they decline your question or fail to answer within 7 days, 100% of your money is refunded automatically.

Can I edit my question after sending?
Currently, questions cannot be edited once sent. However, you can cancel a pending question within the first hour if the creator hasn't viewed it yet.

Can I ask questions anonymously?
Yes, there is an option to mark your question as "Anonymous" at checkout. The creator will see it as "Anonymous Fan" and your name will not be public.

💸 Payments & Billing
How do payouts work?
We use Stripe for secure payouts. Once you answer a question, the funds are added to your JustAskMe balance. You can initiate a transfer to your bank account anytime (minimum $10).

What is the platform fee?
JustAskMe takes a flat 20% commission on earnings. This covers credit card processing fees, video hosting costs, and platform development. You keep 80%.

Are my earnings taxable?
Yes. If you earn over a certain threshold (usually $600/year in the US), you are responsible for reporting this income. We provide downloadable transaction history to help with your taxes.

How do you protect user data?
All data is encrypted end-to-end using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We never sell your data to third parties. Payments are handled via PCI-compliant Stripe infrastructure.

What content is not allowed?
We strictly prohibit harassment, hate speech, illegal content, adult/NSFW content, spam, and copyright violations. Violators are banned immediately.

How do I report abuse?
Use the "Report" button visible on any question or profile. Our moderation team reviews flagged content within 24 hours. Serious violations are escalated immediately.
